All cancellations and rescheduling must be done by phone, text or email.
Rescheduling
- There will be no charge for a rescheduling done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 98.5% refund (1.5% being the transaction charge taken by Stripe).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are eligible for a 50% refund and must be communicated via call, email, or text.
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for no-shows.
